I guess I made this account, hoping that someday I might be making good flash movies.
As I realised not too long ago, there won't be any... Drawing just isn't a talent of mine.
What i do really love, is playing music. i recently bought a digital piano, and from now on, my goal is to create audio files that will move your soul...
I've recently finished my first song ever(!!), but i'm having trouble converting it to mp3...,
so I really can't do anything with it now.
I try to practice as much as possible, but it's just hard to come up with something good. I think I'm to much bound to the styles that I was taught in the music classes. Altough I must admit that they were very useful in learning how to play well, they're just useless when I try to make the music that I really love. What music is that? just search for "MilkMan-Dan" in the audioportal, and you'll soon figure out what I mean...

Well actually, it's working... not as optimized as I was hoping it would, but I can't complain :p. I hope to release some songs in the near future...
And really thanks for the tip of audacity, now that I saw it, I remembered that I've used it quite a while before this :)

Just keep on tryin' until you feel you are ready. From what I've seen, that type of music takes time, don't rush it. Besides, I'm pretty damn sure that you will be as good as MilkMan-Dan in the future. I'm also sure that inspiration will come to you one day, look around you and you will find it.

I will keep trying, my improvisation skills are improving as we speak (.. technically not.. But I think you get what I mean ^^)
Still.. I really don't know how to record it all yet.. I mean .. is there no way to record something just the way you play it?
So that you don't have to record it as MIDI, and then change it all to high quality instruments?
But I will find a way.. of that, I'm pretty sure!

ahh hjust keep trying we can always use new music ^^ try audacity its a program thats used 4 editing music you could prolly change it there or itoons alows u to convert music if u need anything just ask (leave me a message)

Thank you for the comment, I'm still having problems recording my music... can't find a descent program, problems with connection,...
I will try out this audacity, but I remember that name from somewhere... not sure, but I think that I've tried it before...
